💧 Crazy Water Delivery FAQs

1. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to select cities and regions in North Texas. To see if we deliver to your area, just enter your ZIP code at checkout or contact us directly.

2. How often do you deliver?
We offer regular delivery routes every 4 weeks, depending on your location. You’ll be notified of your delivery schedule when you sign up.

3. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, we do require 3 items minimum and have a delivery charge of $20 for orders under $95. There is no frequency requirement for ordering or delivery.

4. Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Not at all. Just let us know where you’d like your water left — front porch, side gate, etc. If you have a gate or code please include that in the ‘notes’ section of your order

5. What if I’m out of town on my delivery day?
No problem! We can simply leave your water or skip service for that cycle.

6. Can I customize my order each time?
Absolutely. You can change quantities or mineral levels (No. 2, 3, or 4) before each delivery. We’ll send a reminder each delivery cycle so that you can update your order.

7. Do you offer subscription plans?
At this time we do not offer any subscription options!

8. What’s the difference between the Crazy Water levels (No. 2, 3, and 4)?
Each number reflects a different mineral content based on the particular well the water is pulled from. The higher the number, the richer the minerals and the bolder the taste.

9. What types of bottles do you deliver in?
We offer Crazy Water in both glass bottles for the 12oz and 1 L variations and 3- or 5-gallon BPA free containers.

10. Is there a deposit on bottles or jugs?
Yes, we have a one time bottle deposit on all 3 and 5 gallon bottles.

11. How do I update my delivery address or payment info?
You can log into your account or just email/call us. We’re happy to make the change for you.

12. Do you deliver to offices, gyms, or events?
Absolutely! Bulk orders and special event delivery options are available — just reach out.

13. Is Crazy Water safe for kids and pets?
Yes! Crazy Water is all-natural, mineral-rich, and safe for the whole family — including your four-legged friends.
